Frank Greenwald’s design philosophy draws upon classic and indigenous styles, blending modern ideas and technology. He upholds the highest standards in quality and style for custom homes and commercial structures in the Hamptons as well as the Bahamas, Jamaica, New York City and Florida.

A native New Yorker, Frank graduated from New York Institute of Technology in 1981. In 1987 he established and managed an East Hampton satellite office for Peter Marino & Associates, Architects. In 1992 Frank established his own firm based in East Hampton, New York which is now located in Sag Harbor.

Frank Greenwald is well known locally and praised nationally for his stellar projects. He has been published in various periodicals including Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, Town & Country, House Beautiful, Vogue and Cote Sud.

Through his many years of experience in architectural design, Frank believes that the key to the finest projects is a close collaboration between the client and Architect.
